Sprinters Squad
Mon 9-10am @ MARC
Tue 6-7pm @ HT
Wed 9-10am @ MARC
Thu 6-7pm @ HT
Fri 9-10am @ MARC

Masters Squad
No classes in January

All other squads (J3/J2/J1/Dolphins/Development Squads)
As per usual times (or similar)
